The word “easy” can mean different things depending on the circumstances. If you have only 5 pounds to lose in order to wear certain clothing to an event two weeks away, there can be a quick and easy answer. “Easy” takes on a different meaning if you have been carrying around an extra 30 pounds for over a year and the doctor advises you to lose weight with PhenQ.
